Diana’s first publication as first author is out! The title is “Microfluidic jet impact: spreading, splashing, soft substrate deformation and injection” and can be found at the Journal of Colloid and Interface Science.

This is part of the Bubble-Gun project, a system we are developing for needle-free injections. We present distinct impact behaviours based on jet characteristics and material stiffness (using hydrogels, glass and ex vivo skin). We have put together a regime map for impact regimes and very cool videos.
